What we do
TJM Consultancy provides business support for companies in the Life Sciences market. We help start-ups, established companies, & strategic product & marketing groups of multinational corporations, in particular those that provide tools and services for drug discovery and basic biomedical research.

Previous work
Recent projects have included: marketing reports; strategic planning & analyses; business plans & annual operating plans; sales & marketing tools & training; and patent due diligence, for a number of small & large organisations globally. We also undertake a biennial Vendor Survey for high-content screening (HCS), in which the leading instrument vendors for HCS provide us with detailed sales data that we analyse and compile into the most accurate market analysis for HCS available. TJM Consultancy also contributes to scientific debate through publication of book chapters and journal articles, as well as through presentations at conferences.
