Any expenses are agreed with clients in advance & charged at cost.

Client confidentiality is a cornerstone of how TJM Consultancy operates. We always recommend working under a non-disclosure agreement, for clients’ peace of mind, but we will never pass private information to a third party - unless required to do so by a court of law or explicitly authorised to do so by the client. Our standard Terms & Conditions commit us to this policy of confidentiality.
TJM Consultancy retains copyright of all material supplied to clients, unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use marketing reports as they see fit, but may not distribute them outside their organisation. Clients should ensure all staff are aware of this restriction.
We issue invoices on completion of commissioned work, & payment is due 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. For on-going consultancy arrangements, we bill on either a monthly or a quarterly basis, as agreed.
Any information & opinions supplied by TJM Consultancy are provided in good faith. No warranty, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, is given. Use of such information for commercial & financial decision-making is at the client’s own risk. No liabilities whatsoever are accepted by TJM Consultancy for any actions arising from the use of such information.
